We manufacture a large range of SMC cable assemblies every week at Jacarem.
Quality Excellence
Jacarem is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:20015 Quality Standard, and these practices are used throughout the production of every cable assembly being manufactured. In addition, all of our cable assembly staff work to IPC/WHMA-A-620. To clarify, this is widely recognised in the industry to ensure excellence in cable and harness manufacturing. Our team check all SMC assemblies periodically during the assembly of a production batch and then 100 % visually inspected and electronically tested on completion.
Production
If you have a new design or an existing job, we would be happy to offer you a competitive quotation. If you have a drawing, you can send this through to us to quote against. Similarly, if you don’t have a drawing, you can send a sketch or detail your specifications in an e-mail. In addition, we are happy to receive photographs or samples to quote against. Our team can produce proto-types, pre-production and production quantities. Most importantly, we will send out a sample for approval prior to manufacturing the production quantity.
