ET3300 Series elastomeric sockets accommodate packages up to 45mm x 45mm with pitches down to 0.4mm. QFN, BGA, and custom package versions are available. Cost effectiveness, and applications flexibility, is further enhanced through the use of interchangeable retention systems. One test fixture can utilize both the Easy Knob retention system, for testing environments with high rates of insertion, and the Easy Screw system with an opening in the middle to accommodate die probing.
