We have a depth of connector and cable knowledge spanning over 30 years. The confidence of the quality we can provide customers comes from a proven trained team of assemblers, none of whom has served less than 5 years continuous employment with our company.
PRODUCTION EXPERTISE
Our capability ranges from simple earth wire and ribbon cable assemblies to complex wiring looms and box builds.
We have a wide range of equipment and tools to support our highly trained team. Low to high volume manufacturing is achieved with automated, semi-automated and manual cable cutting equipment. We have presses and applicators for volume crimping of Molex and JST crimps.
We are also in the unique position of having an automatic crimper for machined contacts. This gives us a competitive edge on assemblies for high quality machined ‘D’ connectors as well as power connectors for industrial and military applications where current ratings required are 100 amps or more per contact.
Panel wiring and box builds are also handled by our skilled wiring team.
PROMPT DELIVERIES
As Jacarem also trades as a stocking distributor, many of the components required for cable assemblies are carried as normal stock items. This often means urgent small orders can be shipped the same day.
DESIGN CAPABILITY
For new applications, we are able to offer expert advice on the products used and ways of improving the production and appearance of the cable assembly.
GUARANTEED QUALITY
We can assure our customers of 100% tested cable assemblies. We have invested in test equipment from Cirris Systems a world wide recognised company, to ensure our cables are suitably tested before despatch. Our test equipment is all fully calibrated and Jacarem is accredited to BS ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
UNRIVALLED PRICING
We pride ourselves on quality and service but we also have prices that are not often beaten. We deal direct with connector manufacturers, obtaining the best possible cost prices, and therefore ensuring our material costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
For volume requirements, if we cannot meet target prices, we will source the assemblies from one of our established trading partners in China or Taiwan.
