Quality and Customer Care
Jacarem takes pride in offering a quality product and service from the initial enquiry through to the final delivery. Every product is manufactured within our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
All of our cable assembly staff have achieved IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification. This is widely recognised in the industry to ensure excellence in cable and harness manufacturing.
We also have a certified IPC Trainer on site at all times to carry out immediate training with all new employees. This guarantees that every member of our staff is working to the highest level of standard at all times.
Products are always made to specific drawing revisions unless advised otherwise. Every product is then tested to the customer's desired level:
100% tested on our Cirris test equipment and visually inspected,
In-house custom test-jigs are built for specific functionality tests,
Visual inspection for small simple jobs such as 'cut and stripped wires'.
We endeavour to work with our customers to achieve delivery targets and improve them wherever possible. We have often assisted our customers with improved lead-times and have made and shipped assemblies within hours of receiving an order in extremely urgent circumstances. This efficiency led us to achieve a 'Gold award' for service from one of our largest cable assembly customers and other customers continue to deal with us and recommend us to others year-on-year.
